BARBEQUE PRICING:
Option 1:
Choice of 2 meats — beef brisket (sliced and/or chopped), pulled pork, ribs (spare and/or baby back), chicken or other meat if you have a special preference (ham, turkey, sausage etc.).
Choice of 2 sides — baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw, macaroni salad, corn-on-the-cob and garden salad with dressing.includes hamburger buns or 2 bread rolls per person, bbq sauce, choice of 1 canned drink.

Terms of changes, cancellation, or reschedule:
All catering changes for the event, cancellations, or rescheduling must be made 14 days prior to the event. Full Payments shall be retained for all cancellations made less than 14 days prior to event with the exception of cancellations due to death or serious illness/injury. Laura’s BBQ Shack reserves the right to cancel any catering event, any time prior to the event. Under such circumstances, 100% of all monies received by Laura's BBQ Shack shall be refunded in full.
Terms of payment: Laura’s BBQ Shack requires 50% deposit of estimated cost to secure the event date. Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the event. Additional charges incurred (changes made by customer) will be due the day of event. No personal checks accepted. (Cashier’s check, money order or cash only) * Sales tax not included and mileage/tolls charges may apply. Minimum charge per event
